1. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Customized or personalized hair accessories.
• Items purchased on sale or during clearance events.
• Hair accessories with hygiene concerns (e.g., used clips).
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment used for the purchase:
• Refunds for eligible items will be issued within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different color (if available) or for another item of equal value.
• Requests for exchanges must be made within 3 days of purchase.
• If the order was delivered correctly and the customer wishes to exchange it for personal reasons (such as changing the color or design), an additional return and delivery fee of 3.000 BHD will be applied.
• Items must meet the return conditions outlined above.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Provide a photo of the item and proof of purchase.
• We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
5. How to Return Items
• Visit our store or send the item by mail to the address provided on your receipt.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
